If the item does not suit you, we will gladly take it back!
In the context of COVID-19, all returned items are set aside for 7 days to ensure everyone's safety.
We will reimburse returned orders within 30 days after receiving it.
Returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or returned without the tags will not be refunded.
SLT STUDIO carefully controls the quality of its products. If, through an unfortunate mistake, the product were to arrive damaged or defective, or if the order is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order. Arrangements will be made for our client to return the product, and we will offer a full refund.
We will deduct $7.99 + taxes from your refund amount to cover part of the shipping cost for the return.
We do not exchange. To make returns easier, we treat each transaction separately. If you desire a different size or color, simply order the new item and return the unwanted product to us.
The refund will be made to the original form of payment. This will be done within 2 weeks of receiving your returned order.

1. Authorize your return.
To return your item(s), please complete our online product return form.
2. Repack, print and apply the return label.
Place the item(s) you wish to return back into the original packaging and seal it. Print the return label and cover the original delivery label on the sealed package.
3.Ship the package from a Canada Post office of your choice.
CANCELING AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com and indicate in the title of the email: order cancellation #00000. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
